Wages are paid based on the hours worked. We calculate
the hours and after the approval of the person in charge, the salary will be sent to your desired bank account.

Salaries are paid on the 10th of each month, unless the signed
contract states otherwise.

The terms are mainly the same as for a regular contract. The contract states that we may send you to work for other companies.

In the rental terms we specify that you will work under our client, but the salary will always be paid by Rent My Skills.

Of course, knowing the local language is a big plus. However not speaking the language will not be an obstacle. We choose the workplace according to the skills and desires of the employee.

To determine your language skills we will speak to you in the specific language for a couple of minutes to get an overview of the level you’re at.

Usually this process takes 1-10 days. Of course there is cases where the process may take longer for different reasons. There has also been cases where the client can start working on the same day of applying.
